1 | Initial Consultation
Let's Meet!
We begin with a personal meeting — often over coffee at our Show Unit in Bowness — to give you an opportunity to experience the quality of our craftsmanship firsthand.
During this meeting:
- You’ll share your vision, lifestyle needs, and design inspirations.
- Our team will collaborate with designers to create an initial concept or rough sketch of your dream home or renovation.
If, after several consultations, you decide not to proceed, that’s completely fine — we believe in building the right home, not just any home.
2 | Design Consultation & Agreement
Once we’ve refined your design and determined a total price and project timeline, we proceed to the formal Design Agreement.
- A contract is signed.
- An initial payment is made.
- The build process officially begins.
3 | Transparent Construction Process
The Checkpoints
Throughout construction, we maintain open communication and full client involvement.
Our Check Point System ensures complete satisfaction at every stage:
- After each major milestone is completed, we meet to review the work.
- Upon your full approval, the next phase of construction proceeds.
- Payments are made progressively as each stage is completed to your satisfaction.
4 | Completion and Move-in
Once construction is complete, your dream home is ready for you to move in and begin making memories. Every detail will reflect the care, craftsmanship, and attention that define MorCor Homes.
